Referring someone to us
If you meet people who need help beyond what your organization offers, you can send them our way — with their agreement.
How to work with us today
Two routes work right now. Help the person send a request themselves, or email info@enhanceminority.com and call (612) 886-8346 to talk about referring people regularly. We reply within 24 hours.
Who partners usually are
- Schools, districts and family liaisons
- Clinics, hospitals and community health workers
- Faith communities and cultural associations
- Housing, food and legal aid organizations
- Neighbourhood and mutual aid groups
Ground rules we will hold to
- Referrals require the person's agreement. We will not accept information about someone who has not agreed to it being shared.
- A referral to us is not a guarantee of service. We will tell you honestly when we cannot help.
- Partners see only what the person permitted, and only what is needed to help them.
- Sensitive case notes are never shared back with a referring partner by default.
What you can do today
Point people to the guided help request or the resource search. Both work without an account, and neither requires documents or a fixed address.
